Jay Community Recreational Centre continued development
The JCRC is owned by the Town of Jay, obtained through the Vermont Land Trust, offers year-round free access to cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails, hiking, bird watching, walking paths and biking trails (motorized vehicles not allowed).
The JCRC partners with local schools for outdoor teaching and events. 
Located off the Cross Road it is free to all area residents and visitors, Dogs must be leashed.

The Jay Volunteer Fire Dept is an incorporated entity governed by a Board of Directors 
and is wholly dependent on volunteers.
