Historically, the Jay Focus Group has played a major role in helping to serve the needs of our communities - specifically, but not limited to Jay, Westfield, Lowell, Troy and North Troy. Though our mission has not changed, we find ourselves at a crossroads. We have the opportunity to reimagine who we are and what we do: to find new ways to serve our communities, to creatively and efficiently fundraise for our community support and to engage others in discovering the joy we have found in volunteerism in our local area
